Canon City Police Chief Meet and Greet

The City of Cañon City, in assistance with KRW Associates, LLC, has been recruiting qualified candidates for our open Chief of Police position since July 2020. After an extensive search and review of the 30 submitted applications and resumes, we are pleased to announce we will be interviewing four highly qualified candidates through a series of three different panels on October
8th and 9th.

On Thursday, October 8, 2020, the candidates will ride-along with Cañon City police officers, tour our city and police facilities, tour our community, and end the day with a community meet-and greet. The community meet-and-greet is open to the public and social distancing guidelines will be in place. It will be held at the Post Office Event Center @ Fremont Center for the Arts from
5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
