719 Lending was established in 2017 by Tim Chase and is based in Colorado Springs. We are honored to be a local lending partner for Canon City and the surrounding area. Tim Chase is a seasoned Real Estate finance professional with extensive experience in the industry. Born and raised in Canon City, Tim has spent most of his life in Southern Colorado and currently resides in Colorado Springs.

Lindsey has been part of the 719 Lending team for two and a half years and has recently moved to Canon City. She has been in the mortgage industry for many years and has worked in many different capacities. As a Colorado native she has a special pride and adoration for our great state and appreciates the history and small-town vibe that comes from Canon City.
