About Us
Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Canon Lodge Care Center has a homelike, family atmosphere with neighbors caring for neighbors. In order to provide better care, our in-house team of therapists and nurses individualizes treatment for each resident, taking into account his or her needs and goals. Our in-house rehabilitation staff offers inpatient rehab and outpatient rehab services.
