Welcome to The Venue at Oak Creek a event space that caters to your need in a small and big capacity. We have small meeting space rented hourly or big event spaces available. We also have a spacious vacation rental available.

The Parlor:
A 4,000 sq ft event venue with dance floor, bar area, ADA accessible men's and women's restrooms and a stunning veranda with fenced, lush grass area of additional 4,000 sq ft that has incredible views of the Wet Mountains. Outdoor seating, lighting and side courtyard area (2,000 sq ft). with views of Pike's Peak!

*Formal Dining: 120 Casual Dining / Buffet: 150
*Base Pricing: $800 Daily rate (Mon - Thurs) / $975 Daily rate (Fri - Sun)
*Hourly rates available Mon - Wed ($175 per hr. / MIN 2 Hours)

The Office:
Looking to have a cozy meeting space we have what you are looking for! Check out our 250 sq ft meeting space with table for 8, sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi available for small meetings. Ideal for up to 10-12 people.

Monday - Thursday $45 Hourly rental (2 HR MIN)
Friday - Sunday $55 Hourly rental (2 HR MIN)
Ample parking, historical charm, stunning views!

The Farmhouse Vacation Rental:
Our beautifully renovated 2,258 sq ft Farmhouse is also available to rent during your events! Perfect as a Bridal Suite or Honeymoon Suite! Unique, rustic and lovely, this 6 bedroom, 2 full bathroom farmhouse that can sleep 12 and is the perfect place to prepare for your big day!
